Refund Policy

At Mi-Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality digital education. Due to the nature of our content and instant access upon purchase, all course sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a course, you agree that:

• Access to course materials is granted immediately upon payment.

• Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind or dissatisfaction

• Inactivity or failure to complete the course

• Accidental purchases or incorrect course selection

• Any exceptions are at Mi-Academy’s sole discretion and only considered if a technical issue (on our platform) prevents access. Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of purchase.

Course Completion & Certification

Mi-Academy issues digital certificates upon successful course completion. Certificates are backed by our global accreditation through IAUx, recognised in over 60 countries. However:

• Only learners who complete all required modules honestly and independently are eligible.

• Any fraudulent activity (including cheating, plagiarism, or impersonation) will result in the denial or withdrawal of certification.
